Profile

Manzanilla ('little apple', for its rounded fruit) is the most widely produced table olive on earth, the classic green Spanish olive of the Seville plains, often pitted and stuffed. The same versatile fruit yields a pleasant, fruity medium oil — green almond, fresh herbs and a clean, moderate bite. As a dual-purpose Andalusian variety it is best known at the table, but its oil is a friendly, food-loving everyday choice.

Flavor

Fresh and fruity: green almond, herbs and a clean medium bite.
