Profile

Barnea is a modern Israeli cultivar, selected for vigorous, high yields and reliable performance, and now widely planted in Israel, Australia and New Zealand. Its oil is fresh and green: cut grass, green herbs and tomato leaf, with a medium body and a light peppery lift. It is a dependable, food-friendly extra virgin that brought modern, terroir-driven olive oil to several New World growing regions.
